Fat loss has stalled so I recalculated my macros. Bumping fat down a bit, cutting a few carbs but still keeping them pretty high, and upping protein slightly to preserve mass as I get leaner and take in fewer calories.
60 grams fat - 425 grams carbs - 150 grams protein - 2,840 kilocalories
